The shoulder protection module - ballistic shoulder protection 6LC Coyote - which is manufactured by the licensed company Velmet LLC is an addition to the Perun 6 LC (6LC SOF) body armor.
It is made of ballistic material of high molecular weight polyethylene (NVMPE) of low elasticity, which provides high protective efficiency, low deformation and ease of use.
The shoulder module of the body armor helps to protect the shoulders from injuries that may occur during combat operations. It provides reliable protection against bullets, mine fragments, shrapnel and other ballistic threats.
The shoulder protector is easily attached to the 6LC series body armor and can be quickly detached if necessary.

Ballistic protection of the shoulder corresponds to the level of protection according to SO DSTU 8782:2018 - V100 - 550 m/s fragments of 1.1 g, taking into account harsh climatic conditions, which is achieved thanks to the use of advanced technology of sealing soft ballistic packages.
