The Velmet
Company in the manufacture of military equipment uses high-quality fittings of
its own production:

As the main
material we use thermoplastics of the new generation - polyamide 6 (kaprolone)
and polyamide 66. The undeniable advantages of these materials are their high
strength, durability, resistance to majority of chemical
reagents, before fading and deformation. In modern production,
polyamides are widely used for the manufacture of products, which are subjected to long cycle loads. Another important characteristic of this
material is its reduced ability to ignite (low flammability).
Thermoplastic
accessories can withstand temperatures from -40 ° C to + 40 ° C, while
maintaining all performance characteristics. We use our own molds with the
company logo; all production is carried out at our own facilities. This
guarantees not only the perfect result, but also the most loyal prices for
accessories in Ukraine. Polyamide can be provided in any color, so we produce
accessories in various tint variations: Black, Coyote Brown, Ranger Green,
MultiCam. Having our own production allows us to
control the manufacturing process at all stages and to be confident in the
impeccable quality of each unit of components. This approach also significantly
optimizes the running time.
